Mr Jay Stephenson holds a Master of Business Administration, is a Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant (Canada), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jay has been involved in business development for over 20 years including approximately 17 years as Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for various listed and unlisted entities in resources, manufacturing, wine, hotels and property. He has been involved in business acquisitions, mergers, initial public offerings, capital raisings, business restructuring as well managing all areas of finance for companies.

Jay is currently a non-executive Director of Drake Resources Limited, Doray Minerals Ltd, Strategic Minerals Corporation NL, Nickelore Ltd and Aura Energy Limited as well as Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed resource and industrial companies.

 

Paige McNeil BEd, GradDipEd, ACIS, GAICD

Ms Paige McNeil holds a Bachelor of Education (1996), a Graduate Diploma in Training & Development (1999) a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance (2006), and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (2008). Paige is  an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and  a recipient of a 40under40 WA Business Award.

Paige has been involved in the mineral exploration industry for 13 years including the past 8 years as Administration Manager and Company Secretary for various Australian and Canadian listed and unlisted companies. She has 9 years corporate administration and human resource experience in Papua New Guinea.

Paige is currently an Executive Director of Exploration & Management Consultants Pty Ltd and Quintessential Resources Ltd.

 

Dr Salam Malagun PhD M.Sc MAIG

 Mr Malagun is a graduate from the University of Papua New Guinea (UPNG) BSc Hons (1981), James Cook University MSc (1986), Graduate Diploma in Geothermal Energy Technology (1990) and PhD (Applied Geology) from the University of Auckland (1996).

Salam has accumulated 27 years  experience in mineral exploration with 14 of those on post graduate research. He has worked in many mineral deposits in Papua New Guinea including Porgera, Frieda River and the Simberi Gold deposit on which has PhD research contributed significantly to the establishment of a mining operation by Allied Gold.

Salam possess 20+ years of leadership and management experience at community and professional levels. He was the Chairman of School Board and Management (UPNG) Head of the Geology Department (UPNG) and served on various academic board committees. Salam is currently the Chairman of the Amell Community Development Fund.
